Low sneaker taupe gaastra

The company was founded as a sailmaking shop in 1897 by Douwe Gaastra. After operating as a sailmaker for almost a century, the company started to develop in sportswear in 1996. This is when the brand name Gaastra was created. After many moves of the headquarters from Sneek via Amstelveen to Amsterdam.

Gaastra is a well-known clothing brand of Dutch origin that became big with its collection of sporty fashion that was particularly worn in the sailing community. However, besides clothing, Gaastra also offers a nice collection of shoes that can be worn perfectly with a sporty or casual look.
