General conditions for internetsales on the Berca-Webshop
These conditions are subject to sales of products bought on this website from Gerca NV, Hoogbeverenstraat 25, 8850 Ardooie.
Prices
All prices are VAT included. This price is exclusive shippingcosts and possible other costs. All prices are in EURO. The price of the product is the price valid on the orderdate of the webshop from Berca.
We can never be helt responsible for possible errors in our productrange.
Order and delivery
Every order will sent as fast as possible and will be confirmed by e-mail. You will receive a second mail when the order is send to you or is available in our Bercashop.
We try to send you the order as fast as possible, normally in one week. Maximum deliverytime is one month.
When the product is out of stock, you will be informed about it and your order will be cancelled.
The order will be sent by mail to your address or you can pick it up in one of our Berca-shops. Please bring always your confirmationmail with you.
The consumer has always the right to cancel the order, without payment of any fine and without giving a reason within 14 days from the day that follows the delivery of the order or after signing the agreement. The product should always be returned in the original package without wear.
Payment
You can pay by Paypal, Visa, mastercard, Bancontact, Ideal of banktransfer.
Berca is not responsible for any bankcosts.
The ordered products stay property of Berca until the order is completely payed.
Payments through transfer can only be reserved AFTER reception of the payment.
Please note that your credit card will be debited with immediate effect after the purchase.
Berca takes all necessary measures to secure all information concerning payments and orders. Berca cannot be helt responsible when others acquiring unauthorized access to this data.
Returning goods
"The consumer has the right to announce to the company he renounces his purchase without penalty and without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the goods or the conclusion of the purchase agreement."

Warranty
We guarantee that our goods will comply with your order and meet the normal expectations you may have of them, taking into account the specifications of the product. Of course, we also guarantee that our goods comply with all laws existing at the time of your order.
In addition, we apply the legal minimum warranty period of two years regarding the delivery of goods if the goods do not conform to the order placed. This means that in case of defects in the product up to 2 years after delivery this product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
- If possible and reasonable we will repair or replace the product.
- If the defect or flaw manifests itself 6 months after delivery, you will have to prove that the defect was already present at the time of delivery.
The sales of our goods are subject to the Belgian Law and possible disputes will brought to Belgian courts.
This conditions are also drawn up in Dutch. The Dutch text shall always override in case of dispute.
If you've had a problem with something you've bought online, you can use this site to try to reach an out-of-court settlement. You can only use it if you live in the EU and the trader is based in the EU.
