Your order is.. NOT EXACTLY WHAT YOU WHERE LOOKING FOR?
If, upon receiving your order, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the shoes within a maximum of 14 days (after receipt).
Shoes must be unworn, in the condition you received them, and in their original box.
Textile items can only be returned if they have the original tag attached and are in a condition that allows them to be immediately placed back in the store for resale. Products that show clear signs of use (make-up stains, odors, etc.), even if they have no other defects, can no longer be sold.
Return as follows:
1) Enter the return slip (at the bottom of your invoice)
Enter the reason for return on the return slip and put the return slip in the shoe box to be returned. This way we can easily connect the shoes to your return.
2) You return
via a berca.be store
Bring the shoes in their original box to one of our berca.be stores. This is completely free of charge.
via a postal package
You can request a return label by sending an email to customerservice@berca.be. Please ensure the products are properly packaged, print the return label, and clearly attach it to the parcel. You can drop off the package at a Bpost post office or a Bpost collection point. A return fee of €5.95 will be deducted from the refund.
You can also return the package using a courier of your choice to: Berca.be Webshop, Hoogbeverenstraat 25, 8850 Ardooie, Belgium
3) We will refund you as soon as possible
In the store you can immediately purchase another pair with the provided voucher .
If you do not wish to make another purchase or if you return the item via parcel post, we will refund you immediately after receiving it at our headquarters.
The refund will be made using the payment method (Bancontact, Visa, iDeal, bank transfer, …) that was used for the original payment.
