It started with a kiss...
How it all began
In 1986, Rattan Chadha merged his men's brand Moustache and women's brand Emanuelle into one brand. Both brands represented the same lifestyle and would make a stronger statement as one brand. Take the first letter of both brands and add two kisses: Mexx.
M(oustache) + E(manuelle) + XX (two kisses) = MEXX
The Mexx lifestyle
Mexx's goal is to create a casual, modern lifestyle. Having fun in a free-spirited, optimistic, open-minded and inspiring way is central to this. For people who, like us, get everything out of life and would rather be real than perfect.
